Calculations to allocate seats to parties and independents
As soon as the vote counting for each of the 19 ballots (one ballot countrywide for the 200 national or compensatory seats in the national Assembly, one ballot for each for the nine provinces for the 200 regional seats in the National Assembly, and one ballot for each of the nine provincial legislatures) has been completed, the IEc will start the seat allocation process.
