The IEC website is a rich source of information for journalists – but you need to know where to find what.

A good place to start is their election 2024 information centre, with countdown information to the elections.

Or visit the IEC news and media centre fo the latest information released by the electoral body.

The results dashboards for previous elections can also be handy, for instance to look at voting patterns in the last national and provincial elections.
